Breaking Down 600mhz Wireless Ban

Bottom line, the FCC has re-purposed the majority of the 600mhz frequencies for higher speed cell phone data.  At some point in the near future, the cellular companies will turn on their towers for this communication on these new frequencies, thus rendering all wireless microphones in these frequencines useless.  The hard date for not using any more is July 15, 2020.

Currently, some of the wireless manufactures are still offering rebates on their products.  Simply send in your old 600mhz unit with a proof of purchase and a check is heading your way.  Price of the rebates vary based on the level wireless purchased.
